For more than 40 years, our school family has come together to honor and support the annual all-school auction, a festive event that importantly strengthens our Sacred Heart spirit, connection, and pride. By far, the auction is our largest, most anticipated, and most inclusive community celebration and raises critical financial support for exceptional school programs, world-class faculty and staff, needed tuition assistance, and many other vital resources benefiting our students, preschool - grade 12.

  • What is the SHS Annual Auction Dinner Party?

    A long-standing SHS community tradition, the annual auction is our largest community celebration and a critical fundraising event that secures financial support for exceptional faculty and programming, tuition assistance, and other vital resources that benefit all our students.
  • When and where is this year's auction?

    Saturday, March 23, 2024

  • Why is the SHS Annual Auction Dinner Party important?

    100% of the net proceeds from the auction support the education we are so proud to offer our students. The auction is a great community-building event. There are many volunteer opportunities and parents have fun working together to achieve a common goal.
  • How can I get involved?

    The auction committee needs and appreciates all help from the SHS community. No matter how much or how little help you can give, all is appreciated! Here are some of the ways you help:
    • Auction Volunteer Form has a list of volunteer opportunities both before the auction or on the night of the event.
    • Donate an item or service to be auctioned.  Need ideas for items? See the Auction Item Ideas, which includes our wish list and fun ideas for "Count Me In" items.
    • Ask friends, family members, or businesses (especially ones that you frequent) to make donations using our Donate an Item Form
    • Underwrite by making a cash contribution to help with expenses.
    • Sponsor Faculty and Staff  so they may also join us for the evening!
    • Come to the auction and have a great time! 
  • How can I donate an item?

    It's simple. Please fill out the Auction Items Donation Form. Next, bring in your item or arrange with the auction committee to have it picked up or delivered closer to the auction. Be sure to provide brochures or pictures for the display of your item if available!

    Our item donation deadline is Friday, February 9!

    Count Me In Events for Students and Parents
    Count Me In events are great for community building, and we seek events representing all grades, as well as multi-grade, parent-student and parent-only events. These items are generally co-hosted by multiple families.
    • Themed dinners/parties – Mardi Gras, Valentine’s, etc.
    • Cooking class for kids, parents, or both!
    • Grade level parties: backyard parties, pool parties, flag football. Note: P-8 grade level parties must be open to all students in the grade.
    • Group workouts & tournaments – hiking, yoga and lunch, pickleball, cornhole or ping pong tournament
    • Moms’ or Dads’ Nights Out: cocktail/dinner parties, wine with art class
    • Mother/Special Person-student or Dad/Special Person-student experiences: poker, cooking, tea party, jewelry making, dance party, bowling, go-kart racing
    • Parties at outside venues – Sportshouse, laser, paintball, etc. These can be for the kids or kids vs. parents events.
  • What and when is the online auction?

    All SHS families have access to our online auction website (link coming soon) to sign up for Count-Me-In parties and to view our entire auction catalog. You do not need to attend the auction to participate in the online auction. The online Count-Me-In auction will be open Monday, March 11 - Sunday, March 17*. Our complete lineup of Silent, Super Silent and Live items will be available for bidding in-person on March 23, 2024!
    (*Count-Me-In items that don’t sell out during the online auction, will also be available the night of the auction.)
  • How do I RSVP to attend the Auction?

    Invitations to the Auction will be mailed to all current parents in mid February with an RSVP link on this page. Your reservation includes drinks, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and entertainment.
  • Can I choose my own table or seat?

    Guests are welcome to organize a table (up to parties of 12) and request each other when submitting your RSVP, (link coming soon) but that's not the only way!  We have a dedicated group of volunteers who will make sure you are at a great table with other parents in your child's grade.
  • What should I wear?

  • Is our donation tax-deductible?

    Yes, as the law allows. You will receive a note acknowledging your donation. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
