Arts

Facilities and Studios

The significance of the fine arts at SHS is widely apparent in its numerous facilities dedicated to support of performance, rehearsal, exhibition, and development of the artistic process. Across the 63-acre campus, two primary structures--one at the LMS, one central to SHP--provide the de facto “homes” for drama, music, and dance programs. SHP has allocated studios for the visual arts, photography, ceramics, digital work, and painting/drawing, located in SIgall Building, and both campuses utilize multiple public spaces for exhibit of student work, including Murphy Administration Building (LMS), and Sigall, Homer, and Main Buildings (SHP).
