Camp Gator Information for Summer 2023
Information for summer 2023 is added to each camp below as available. Please check each individual camp for dates/times.
Boys, Ages 5-15 June 20-23, 2023 9AM-3PM July 10-13, 2023 9AM-3PM
ADVNC lacrosse creates the ideal learning environment for aspiring young lacrosse players. Our up-tempo and educational camps are designed to increase skill, enjoyment of the game, decision making, and athleticism. These camps are a good fit for beginners or experienced players. Players are grouped together at camp by age and ability so that each camper gets the specific coaching that is best for them.
Summer of 2022 lacrosse camps will be Directed by SHP Head Coach Chris Rotelli and the ADVNC Lacrosse coaching staff.
Ages 13+ July 24-26, 2023, 9am-3pm Kids should be bring a lunch
This full day camp will introduce students to sports medicine and the team of health care professionals that it takes to keep an athlete healthy. Students will learn about the professions of athletic training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, sports psychology, and more. Topics will include health/anatomy, first aid, taping and bracing, concussions, nutrition, modalities such as heat and ice, and recovery techniques such as foam rolling and NormaTec systems. Students will also have the opportunity to be certified in cpr. This is a great introduction to students considering health care professions. There will be a 45 minute lunch break and participants are responsible for bringing their own lunch. Camp tee shirt and all necessary materials will be provided.
All In Baseball's Youth Summer Camps are designed to teach the basic fundamentals of the game each day. The first part of the day is filled with baseball specific drills and games are played the second half of each day emphasizing the skills taught earlier in camp. Campers are broken up into a team for the week based on AGE (not ability level), each week campers will be offered a different experience through new camp themes, games and various fun activities.
Our camp staff, made up of current Sacred Heart Prep players, coaches and collegiate baseball players, provide campers close instruction through our small camper to counselor ratio (8:1) which allows our campers to learn the game of baseball under the close supervision of our staff. Campers will leave All In Baseball with a new love for the game and memories that will last a lifetime!
Summer of 2023 baseball camps will be Directed by SHP Head Coach Sean McMillan and the All-In Baseball coaching staff.
This full day camp, directed by SHP varsity head coach Tony Martinelli and his staff, is geared toward young basketball enthusiasts. Drills, fundamental skill development, small half court games as well as 5 v 5 competition will satisfy all budding hoopsters. Campers will be separated by age/skill set.
There will be a 45-minute lunch break each day and participants are responsible for providing their own lunch.
These clinics will focus on the development of a complete basketball player. Instruction will be given on proper defensive techniques, passing, and shooting fundamentals. Small half court games, as well as 5 on 5 games will be utilized to make good players better. This clinic is recommended for the experienced middle school player and/or those looking to get a head start on their upcoming high school basketball season.
Sacred Heart Championship football has been built starting with the basics.
This non-contact full day camp will offer a practice atmosphere while focusing on fundamentals and overall football safety for athletes preparing to play either flag or contact football.
In addition to a team practice setting, daily individual teaching is provided for athletes to focus on their positions of choice. Character development is the foundation on which Sacred Heart football has been built and this philosophy and other life lessons will be a focal point each day.
Players will be separated by age/skill set.
The camp will be directed by the SHP varsity football head coach Mark Grieb and staff.
Our COED Gator Advanced Skills Soccer Clinic is specifically designed for student-athletes to get prepared for their summer club tournaments, upcoming fall competitive season, and to sharpen their technical skills. Additionally, participants will get an inside look at the training activities and training methodology at SHP. Campers will improve their skills and get the opportunity to compete in a dynamic, fun, and positive learning environment.
Attendees will be separated by age/skill set.
The clinic will be directed by SHP boys soccer varsity coaches Armando del Rio and staff on our back soccer field (Dollinger Field) located on Park Ave. Camp tee-shirt included.
This camp will focus on teaching basic tennis fundamentals. Our lesson plans include a wide assortment of skill building games/drills that focus on developing racket skills while improving coordination/general athleticism and cardiovascular health. The vibe at our camp is upbeat and positive and we strive to engage and challenge our students both physically and mentally. This camp is a good fit for beginning players to strong intermediate players.
Summer of 2023 tennis camps will be directed by SHP varsity Head Coach Jeff Arons via Dexterity Tennis and Training, and staff.
2 Weeks Long May 31 - June 9, 1pm - 2pm June 13 - June 23, 1pm - 2pm
Gator Aquatics staff provide a fun and inviting learning environment for students to further develop their swimming skills. Our camp instructors will focus on the four competitive strokes, dives, turns, and drills to improve technique and build endurance. At the end of each camp day, children will be allowed to play games and free swim using our pool toys. Courses are set up to mirror a swim team environment. These clinics will give a glimpse into Gator training while promoting the character qualities we strive to develop in our student athletes.

Gator Aquatics staff provide a fun and inviting learning environment for students to learn new or further develop their water polo skills. These camps focus on fundamental development of all aspects of water polo: swimming, treading, shooting, passing and catching. We'll also focus on individual offensive and defensive skills, game movements and team strategy. Players will be grouped according to gender, age, and/or skill level. These clinics will give a glimpse into Gator training while promoting the character qualities we strive to develop in our student athletes.
Camp Sessions: Will be run each week from June 5 - July 28, 2023
Mid-Pen Sports (Powered by Hi-Five Sports) promises a fun and safe environment to learn and grow through various athletic activities. We strive to enrich each child’s life with a love of sports. We encourage our students to try all sports and will teach them the fundamentals of good sportsmanship.
