Mission Statement
Our mission is to develop character, reduce injury potential, and enhance the athletic performance of our student athletes through the practices of strength and conditioning.
What We Do
Education of exercise science concepts and principles
Emphasis on training functional movement patterns
Developing and maintaining a safe and inclusive training environment
Adherence to proper exercise form and technique
Daily sport specific movement prescription
Implementing athlete specific rehabilitation protocols – partnering with school athletic training staff and medical professionals

Kevin enters his ninth year at Sacred Heart Prep after serving as an assistant with the Gators from 2010-2011. In between he worked for five years as a sports performance coach training collegiate athletes at Stanford University and Santa Clara University (including football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, water polo, golf, lacrosse and swimming). Kevin holds his master’s degree in exercise science and graduated from Arizona State University where he studied kinesiology. Additionally, Kevin is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (CSCS) as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (PES) and United States Weightlifting (USAW).
Caroline has been a strength and conditioning coach for the past 8-9 years working in college athletics as well as private training. As an Athletic Performance coach at Sacred Heart Prep, she plays a transformative role in the development of the athlete's experience and performance at the Prep. She focuses her training on injury prevention, movement performance, and life skills. Prior to joining SHP, she spent three years with the University of San Francisco working with a variety of sports there before joining the Gators in 2022. Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree at California Baptist University in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. During her time at the University, she also contributed to the Women’s Water Polo program. With a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning, a passion for continuous learning, and a dedication to athlete development, Caroline hones her skills as a coach to build resilient athletes for life.
