Educating for a Lifetime

ABOUT OUR CAMPAIGN

As part of our historic 125th anniversary, we have launched the "Educating for a Lifetime" campaign, honoring the vital importance of a Sacred Heart education for thousands of students since our founding in 1898. From our earliest RSCJ Mothers to the current faculty and staff, we recognize that to deliver this whole-child experience with a personal commitment of both mind and heart requires a special kind of educator, and we are blessed to have so many in our midst.

The primary goal of this campaign therefore is to support the immediate and future needs of the school, to ensure we attract and retain educators who will continue this vital legacy. We plan to do this by enhancing and building on our existing efforts in the following areas:

  • Competitive, attractive, and equitable compensation for all our employees
  • Comprehensive benefits and supplemental perks to support work-life balance
  • Expanded professional growth programs and offerings each year
  • Dedicated reserves for emerging needs and future advancements
To educate for a lifetime is both the objective of our work every day and the reflection of a wonderful partnership between our educators, families, students, and RSCJ - past and present. We hope you will consider supporting this critical and timely campaign, and help us ensure future students and families share in this same extraordinary Sacred Heart experience.
