Isaac Rotenberg continues his scoring spree, netting four goals as Sacred Heart Prep completed an undefeated run through the West Catholic Athletic League with a 10-6 victory over host St. Francis in a boys water polo match on Wednesday night.
Rotenberg has scored 13 goals over his past three games for the Gators (15-5, 7-0), who play Long Beach Wilson in the first round of the Bellarmine Memorial Cup Tournament on Friday at 10:10 a.m. at Valley Christian. SHP plays at Bellarmine's pool on Saturday.

Isabella Bachler scored all four of her goals within seven minutes in helping Sacred Heart Prep turn a close game into a rout over host St. Francis on Wednesday night in what was supposed to be a WCAL showdown between two unbeaten league teams.
These games are usually competitive and if the same two teams met tomorrow, it would likely be very different. But on this day, the Gators (17-2, 6-0) were unstoppable, especially Bachler, who also recorded six assists, drew two exclusions and made two steals.
The Lancers (16-3, 5-1) drew within 4-3 with 5:39 remaining to play in the first half. That's when SHP went into overdrive, scoring seven goals in seven minutes and keeping St. Francis scoreless for 16 minutes. The Lancers finally snapped the streak with 3:28 left to play in the game.
Annabel Facey also had a big game, scoring twice, assisting on three others and recording a steal. Eleanor Facey and Brienz Lang each scored twice.
Defensively, SHP coach James Frank could not have asked for a better effort. The Gators took the ball away 14 times, three each by Lang, Ella Woodhead and Alexandra Szczerba. Goalie Megan Norris had 11 saves and a save percentage of .688. She also added a steal.
The Gators were 11 of 24 from the field, including 4 of 9 on power plays and limited the Lancers to 5 of 22, 3 of 8 on power plays.
Sacred Heart Prep hosts the NorCal Invitational this weekend, with games at SHP and Gunn.
SH Prep opens with Castilleja at 10:55 a.m. Friday in a meeting of the Gators. Castilleja completed a undefeated run through the Peninsula Athletic League Bay Division, beating Notre Dame Belmont 14-5 in game played at Serra High.
