The P-8 and SHP Newsletters are sent out each week to current Parents. The purpose is to keep parents informed of upcoming current events.

Submit Plain Text
Please do not include any special fonts or formatting. This will not be included in the newsletter and will require extra editing by the Newsletter preparer.

Be Concise

Email markerters say most emails are opened on a mobile device. According to emailmonday marketing studies, the mobile open rate of emails is 47% compared with desktop and webmail.

Be Brief - Use links
Based on reader feedback and research, submissions should be brief - 1 to 3 sentences with details in a "details" link where readers can click if they would like more information.

Do not use "th" or "st"

Links

Be specific in your linking: Do not use "click here" but describe what the user is linking to or clicking on. Example: 
Parent Centric 
The newsletter is intended to be for parents and is parent-focused.

Advertising Events
Typically submissions run for two weeks prior to the event date. If you would like to "save the date" please submit an article for inclusion in the On The Horizon (SHP) section or Looking Ahead (P-8) section.
