Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton is pleased to announce the launch of its new responsive design website, www.shschools.org. The responsive site detects the device users are using and adjusts information to fit their screen, eliminating the need for a mobile version or an app.

 

 

To Login: To login, please click on the lock at the top right.

 

Current Faculty/Staff and Students: You will login with your current email and password.

 

Current Parents only: We have transferred your present login to the new website. You will login with your current username (i.e. jlopez) and password. Once logged in, the system will ask you to change your current password. You should be able to use your present password again.

 

All SHS Community Members: Get acquainted with the website by taking the tour. This will show you how to set your privacy settings. We have transferred over your previous privacy settings.

 

Be sure to check your profile information for accuracy. Please email rosterupdate@shschools.org with changes.

 

 

Privacy Settings: You can set what personal information (IE: name, address, phone number, etc…) parents and students can see about you under your name > Settings > Privacy.

 

Although this system allows you to update your information, you must still email rosterupdate@shschools.org through the end of the school year.

 

Emails from Sacred Heart: To receive emails from the school, please add the following two email addresses as safe senders in your email client 

shschools@schoolnotifications.org 

 

Notifications: The tour will also discuss how to subscribe to Announcements (where the SHP Daily Bulletin resides) and News Posted (Arts, SHP Athletic News, etc…). You must resubscribe to receive the SHP Daily Bulletin and any News.

 

When you login, you will land on the Resources tab where there are quick links to the things you use most. It is equivalent to the old landing page on the portal. We are continuing to refine this area. There are modules on the new website that are currently not activated. Some of these will come online during the summer. These include your children's schedule and attendance. When you click on the Calendar tab, you can deselect the calendars you do not want to see. Click on the Save My View to save the calendars you want to see each time you log in. 

 

If you get confused, you can access the Getting Started under your name at any time. We will add a few help documents to help you with the new website. In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact webmanager@shschools.org. We will be adding more features over the next few months and in July after the school year ends.
