Back-to-back doubles from Braden Fitzgerald and Enzo Pollioni in the bottom of the ninth inning gave host Sacred Heart Prep a 7-6 walk-off victory over Carmel in a non-league baseball game Saturday.

The Gators (3-3) rallied from a 6-2 deficit after three innings and tied with two outs and no one on base in the bottom of the seventh. Peter Desler beat out an infield single and was replaced by pinchrunner Alex Nissenberg, who scored on Tyler Wong's triple, one of his two hits.
Fitzgerald doubled twice in the contest, Pollioni drove in a pair and starter Nolan Wilbur drove in a run.

Winning pitcher Ronan Donnelly, who retired 7 of the final 8 batters he faced, also drove in a run for SHP (3-3), which travels to play Serra at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Carmel loaded the bases with one out in the top of the seventh on a hit, walk and error. Donnelly induced a double play ball to end the threat and set up the tying run.

Donnelly allowed four hits over five shutout innings, striking out three and walking one.
