Auction Benefit

We are activating the hot-line and lighting the Bat Signal in the hopes you will join us for the 41st Annual Auction Dinner for Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton, SUPERHERO SOIREE: Heroes Don’t’ Always Wear Capes!
This year, we are planning a celebration of mythic proportion – uniting our universe and assembling all heroes (and sidekicks!) in the Gator Galaxy for an epic night of fun, food, and music that will make your Spidey-senses tingle with wonder and delight. Truly, you will Marvel at the amazing array of extraordinary items and powerful experiences available in our silent, super-silent, and live auctions.
Curious how you can Wonder-Twin activate and join our Legion of Incredibles who support the Sacred Heart auction? Here are just a few potential quests to consider:
ATTEND: Form your own Justice League! Gather your group, purchase your tickets, and get ready to celebrate our communal powers on Saturday, March 28, at 6:00PM- sharp! Invitations will be mailed in February!
VOLUNTEER: Participate in a Superhero Training/Boot Camp!  Have a few extra hours to stuff envelopes, decorate tables or pass out the paddles at check-in? No matter the job, it is sure to mean new friends, new adventures, and loads of fun.
DONATE:  Open your superpower arsenal! Help us build and strengthen a Hulk-sized cache of auctionable activities or experiences that will transport winners to Infinity and Beyond! Team up to craft a count-me-in event; cross-over worlds with VIP concert and sporting event tickets; provide elixirs (or wine) from your Batcave; or consider temporarily sharing your lair (vacation home). Just let us know by Friday, February 14.
UNDERWRITE: Flex your generosity! Each year, we battle our arch-nemesis (auction expenses!), but thanks to the many champions who bravely jump in with financial support, we are able to win the day. We humbly and gratefully accept all monetary contributions toward the success of our event; please visit www.shschools.org/auction or return the enclosed envelope with your gift of support by February 14 - a date which really will be here in a Flash!
Regardless whether you join our crusade early on or swoop in at the last minute, know we are counting on you to help us achieve victory.  And above all, we encourage you to dust off your super-suits, tune-up your invisible plane, and transform in a whirl – or phone booth, whatever it takes! – and plan to join us on March 28 for this very super occasion.

The auction committee needs and appreciates all kinds of help from the SHS community. No matter how much or how little help you can give, all is appreciated! Here are some of the ways you help:

It's simple. Just complete a donation submission form (with a description and dollar value of your good or service) Next, bring in your item or arrange with the auction committee to have it picked up or delivered closer to the auction. Be sure to provide brochures or pictures for the display of your item if available!

Our items donation deadline is Friday, February 7!
  • What and when is the online auction?
