AASH Premieres New Video

Atherton alumni, teachers featured in film for St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Bicentennial 
As part of the St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Bicentennial Celebration, the North American Association of Alumnae/Alumni of Sacred Heart (AASH) premiered its latest video, showcasing multiple Sacred Heart graduates, teachers, parents, RSCJ, and community members whose lives have been indelibly, powerfully, and positively affected by a Sacred Heart experience and the inspiring story of St. Rose Philippine.

Among those participants from Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton featured in the video are alumna Mary Hinson (SJS ’72, CSH ’76); Dan Brady (SHP ’04), SHP Creative Inquiry department head; Greg Lambert (SHP ’05), former SHS Middle School teacher; Nancy Morris, RSCJ and past SHS Director of Schools; Richard Dioli, current SHS Director of Schools; Connie Solari, former SHP teacher; Carol Schaffer, SHP Campus Ministry & past parent; and James Everitt, SHS Director, Mission Initiatives & Institutional Planning and former principal for SHP.

With a membership of more than 40,000 Sacred Heart alumni across 24 schools in the U.S. and Canada, AASH serves as a way to unite all children of the Sacred Heart, and to further the work of the Religious of the Society of the Sacred Heart (RSCJs). The St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Bicentennial launched in 2017, celebrating the historic arrival of the RSCJ on North American shores and establishment of the first Sacred Heart school on this continent.
