Elle Lessing provided the assist for the Gators (1-2-5), who host Notre Dame Belmont in a WBAL opener at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Boys Basketball
Menlo School and Sacred Heart Prep each won its respective West Bay Athletic League boys basketball Thursday and ended the day tied for the league lead.
Aidan Braccia scored 16 points and Charlie Selna added 14 for SHP (7-2, 2-0), which travels to TKA for a 3:30 p.m. game Saturday.
