Briger, Corrigan, Fleischli Sweep Athlete of the Week Honors
Senior lacrosse standouts Emma Briger and Ingrid Corrigan, along with Stanford-Bound pitcher Nate Fleischli, were named Palo Alto Online's Athletes of the Week!
Briger and Corrigan were instrumental in helping the Gators beat Menlo and taking over first place in the WBAL - Briger recorded eight saves in two games last week and Corrigan scored four times. Fleischli threw a 1-hitter in Sacred Heart Prep's 8-0 victory over Capuchino last week. Fleischli struck out 11 and did not walk a batter in facing two over the minimum number of hitters.
Kaia Li (Girls Swimming), Tommy Barnds (Boys LAX), and Parker Isaacson (Baseball) were named Honorable Mention.
