Gators stay perfect in WCAL Lacrosse
Tommy Barnds scored six goals and had two assists as the Sacred Heart Prep boys lacrosse team remained undefeated with a 15-1 West Catholic Athletic League victory over host St. Francis on Wednesday night.
Patrick Hagerty added three goals and an assist for the Gators (7-0, 4-0), who travel to play Palo Alto at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Joe Sonsini also recorded two assists while Cody Wiebe recorded seven saves and Colin Choi made two saves.
Larry Hart, Billy Barnds, Will Garlinghouse and Jack Moulrup also scored and Beck Anderson had an assist.
In another match, host Bellarmine downed Menlo School, 13-4. The Knights (3-4, 1-3) travel to play Mercer Island in the opening round of the Northwest Invitational in Washington on Friday at 8 p.m.
