Sacred Heart Lower and Middle Schools believe that each one of our students is capable of success in the classroom and beyond. Sometimes students with learning differences and/or physical disabilities may require specialized support in order to reach their full potential. It is the school’s policy to grant accommodations for students with documented learning differences and/or physical disabilities. Students with documented learning differences are provided with a Learning Plan based on the recommendations outlined in their educational evaluation.
In order to be eligible for learning services at the Lower and Middle School, you must complete this Supplementary Application and submit the required documentation.
Please note that if your child is accepted and enrolls at Sacred Heart, and we do not have this Supplementary Application and supporting documents on file your child, we cannot guarantee that your child will be eligible to receive any school-based accommodations during his/her first year.
Sacred Heart Schools will offer the Online ISEE for candidates to grade 6 on December 15, 2018 and January 12, 2019.
