Inducted their senior year of high school, members of the Sacred Heart Society work closely with the retired Sisters at Oakwood to support the charism of the RSCJ and their worldwide mission.
From daily prayer to Masses to special retreats and workshops, students across all grades engage with the traditions of the Catholic faith and spiritual heritage of the RSCJ through a number of formal programs.
Established in 2005, SHS’ Educators of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (ESCJ) comprise approximately 20 faculty and staff who help ensure the school community’s adherence to living out the Goals & Criteria.
From the earliest days of the Sacred Heart schools, a commitment to serve others has been deeply ingrained in the mission and practice of a Sacred Heart education.
