Network of Sacred Heart Schools

SHS is one of 24 institutions in the United States and Canada that form the Network of Sacred Heart Schools U.S. - Canada Province, affiliated with the Society of Sacred Heart's schools and ministries operating in 41 countries around the globe.

National Alumni Association

SHS alumni are also members of AASH (Associated Alumnae/i of Sacred Heart), an organization formed in 1933, whose mission is to "foster a spirit of unity and ongoing communication among alumnae and alumni and their respective associations throughout this nation and the world...nurturing in its members dedication to faith development, intellectual values, respect for personal integrity, community and social service, and the unique philosophy of life that is rooted in the Christian vision of St. Madeleine Sophie Barat."

Today, AASH membership includes more than 40,000 women and men educated in Sacred Heart schools across the U.S. and British Columbia.

International Alumni Association

All SHS alumni are also members of the Association Mondiale des Anciennes et Anciens du Sacré-Coeur (AMASC), the global alumni association for graduates of Sacred Heart schools worldwide.

Today uniting tens of thousands of Sacred Heart alumnae and alumni as part of an international family, AMASC was established in Brussels in 1960 at the request of Reverend Mother General de Valon, who saw the vital role alumni could play in fostering the work and spirit of the Society of the Sacred Heart. National Associations of women and men were organized to form the World Association that included alumnae and alumni 

The International Association of alumnae and alumni of the Sacred Heart meets every four years.
