On Nov. 15 from 4:30 - 7:30p.m., join members of the Alumni Association with Dr. Stewart Slafter on campus as we bottle the Sacred Heart olive oil harvest!
Always a popular item at Sacred Heart's Farmer's Market and Holiday Boutique, the oil is pressed and produced on campus, harvested from our historic olive tree grove and from our organic garden by students, faculty, and community volunteers. Bottle lables are designed and produced by student artists, so this entire enterprise truly is a labor of Sacred Heart love.
