Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton uses the web-based platform, Ravenna Solutions, for the submission of all application materials. Through Ravenna Solutions, you can manage your application process and submit supplemental forms, such as teacher evaluations and transcripts. Many of these supplemental forms are common to multiple schools and can be shared through Ravenna. New users will need to create an account before starting an online application.
We will soon be accepting applications to grades 9 through 12 for the 2017-2018 Academic year.

All applications and supplemental documents are completed and submitted electronically through Ravenna Solutions.
We are committed to making our application process accessible to all interested candidates, regardless of financial circumstances. As such, application fee waivers are available for qualified applicants.
The Campus Visit Program provides each 9th grade applicant the opportunity to spend a day experiencing life at Sacred Heart Preparatory. Visitors meet teachers and current students while attending classes and eating lunch with their campus host.
After completing a Preliminary Application, applicants may schedule a visit to Sacred Heart Preparatory. Campus Visits are scheduled from September through January and are a required part of the application process.
Sacred Heart Preparatory will offer the HSPT on Saturday, January 7, 2017. Online registration for our location is required.
If you take the HSPT at another location, please indicate on the testing day that you would like your results shared with us. Please note applications will not be complete without the results of the HSPT.
Writing Sample If the applicant takes the HSPT at Sacred Heart Preparatory or one of the San Francisco Archdiocese Schools, the writing sample will be included. If the applicant takes the test at any other location, the Admissions Office will contact the applicant to schedule a time to complete a writing sample at Sacred Heart Schools in mid January.
Extended Time Request If the applicant would like to request extended time on the High School Placement Test (HSPT), please complete the Extended Time Request form and email all documentation to the Admission Office by November 13, 2016.
We are committed to making a Sacred Heart education affordable for families regardless of financial circumstance. We offer financial assistance to qualified students, based upon demonstrated financial need.
The natural entry point to Sacred Heart Preparatory is grade 9. As such, admission to grades 10, 11 and 12 is dependent upon available space and attrition.
Interested candidates are encouraged to contact the Admissions office to discuss their interest and learn more about our enrollment availability.
To be considered for any openings for the 2017-2018 school year, applicants should submit the online application and written statements by January 12, 2017 and supporting documents, by February 3, 2017. Transfer applicants do not need to register for a campus visit or attend an Open House event.
The Admissions office will contact select candidates in early March with information on completing the application process.Please understand we may only assess and interview candidates applying to grades in which we anticipate openings.
Completed applications will be evaluated by the admissions committee on a rolling basis as space becomes available. Admissions decisions will be communicated to applicants within 4 to 6 weeks of completing the application process.
